Initially, I was uncertain about my ability to return to sports, and I wasn't sure if I would ever be a competitive athlete again. However, I am now incorporating much of the training we did into my daily life to continue getting stronger and improving as an athlete.
I can feel the strength returning to my knee, and my balance is starting to improve as well. In addition, I feel like I am training as an athlete, not just going through ACL rehab.
Having a structured training program has been immensely helpful in relearning many essential aspects of running, jumping, movement, strength, and much more. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nick and this program to any athlete looking to improve, whether coming off an injury or simply looking to enhance their abilities."

"I never liked how slow I was running and I wanted to become quick and agile again. I also disliked my weight and wanted to lose some. After my knee surgery, I felt like I wouldn't be able to get back to my previous running times. Although I'm still not there, I have improved significantly since my first meet back from surgery.
I have gained more confidence in my running form and learned how to run correctly. I have also noticed weight loss since I started. My times have improved in track and I'm happier with my image and how I feel about myself. I feel more secure rather than insecure about my weight."

Before I started training at ORS, I had problems with multiple hamstring injuries. However, after learning the proper running form from the ORS coaches, I have been able to reduce the frequency of these injuries by a significant amount.
I have noticed a significant improvement in my speed, balance, and running form since I started training at ORS. The best part is that despite gaining weight due to football, I have still managed to get better.
One of the benefits that I never realized earlier is the confidence I feel while running now. Thanks to the training at ORS, I can trust my abilities and rely on my training without forgetting the important lessons I have learned.

When I began training at ORS I was very unsure of my abilities as an athlete. Not only did I lack the physical training to excel, but I also lacked the confidence to perform to my fullest potential.
Without ORS, I would never have dreamed of stepping into a weight room alone. However, ORS helped me to gain the confidence I needed to comfortably do so. ORS has allowed me to significantly improve my physical fitness as well as reach all of my athletic goals and continue to set higher goals.
Numerous differences have resulted from consistent training at ORS. Overall, the biggest change I have noticed has been my increased confidence as an athlete both on and off the tennis court. I have definitely learned to be more confident and trusting in my abilities. The more I have trained at ORS, the faster, more balanced, and stronger I have become, allowing me to excel in many different aspects of my life.
My life has changed drastically since starting to train at ORS. I have become much more conscious of all the different aspects to health. I have learned about the importance of sleep, using food as fuel, and hydration. All three of those factors significantly impact your ability to perform as well as your ability to improve. When I first started here I didn’t realize that ORS would help me improve so many different parts of my life. I can definitely say it goes a lot further than just performance training. I no longer train only for tennis, I now train for an overall healthier lifestyle.

Our feelings at first were slightly optimistic; we weren't sure what to think at first as we had never done something like this before.
We really appreciated the free trial, or we never would have even thought about training with ORS Performance. Even just after the first session, we could see how much Wylie enjoyed himself and knew this was going to be great for him.
Since starting with ORS, we've witnessed a remarkable transformation in Wylie. His overall confidence and attitude have soared, and he's now able to work out at his own pace, a freedom that has significantly impacted his performance. His posture has improved noticeably, and in his baseball games, he's swinging his bat with newfound strength.
The most significant change we have noticed is again Wylie's overall confidence and the increase in his positive attitude. With Wylie having this outlet for his energy, we have noticed he has been able to slow down in daily life and keep a better focus on certain tasks. You can even see how it has grown outside of just ORS Performance into his daily life and at home, wanting to do more activities at home, go for more walks, and eat better.

I was feeling very insecure before I started working at ORS. I was afraid that at the age of 43, I wouldn't have the strength to succeed. However, now I feel like I can get back to the strength I had when I was younger.
In the limited time that I have been working here, I have noticed that I am exercising many different parts of my body that I didn't realize I could. Now, I have more confidence and motivation than ever before.
I believe that ORS will help me gain the strength I need to get back to where I was years ago. I will be able to run better and understand what my body is telling me. I am grateful to ORS and Nick for making me feel like I can accomplish anything.

In my past, I have been an avid runner, running several half marathons, 10K’s and 5K’s. I honestly thought at 49 years old that my running, and for sure, my sprinting days were over. I also trained Martial Arts for decades and performed at a very high level. The last three years of my martial arts training, I sustained injuries that required me to have to quit my art. I was forced to ONLY strength train and in the last year, sustained the two hernias due to that activity. I had serious fears of becoming a “Couch Potato” due to not being able to train at the level I have expected without injuring myself.
I joined ORS Performance Training following two abdominal hernia repairs with the goal to improve my weightlifting technique and eliminate future injuries while strength training. The major differences I gained from ORS Performance Training are astounding! I have experienced greater strength in weightlifting due to proper technique and strengthening the “smaller” muscles. I have a goal of lifting 1,000 Lbs. with three combined lifts of Barbell Back Squat, Deadlift and Bench press before the year end. I have also started running shorter distances without pain. I notice I have improved my balance and enjoyed endurance that allow me to train more efficiently and without pain.
Immediately upon starting to train I began mobility training and noticed reduced pain in my joints. I also was taught CORRECT running form. Soon, I was sprinting and running longer lengths on the training equipment. I will never forget the day when I ran an all-out 10 yard sprint or hit the 11 MPH on the Training Treadmill!
My reason for joining ORS Performance Training was to learn to lift correctly and not rely on my past coach’s lessons from the 1990’s. I now have more confidence in lifting heavy. Knowing that the correct technique will aid in reduced injury. The flexibility and balance I have gained allow me for better lifts and the correct bracing of the applicable muscle groups.
Finally, I would have never realized that my quality of life would improve. I have almost total elimination of pain in my knees, hips, and lower back. There is also the social aspect of training that this program brings. The Coaches and fellow participants are always rooting each other on and pushing each other to their next level! We all are supportive of all goals for each other and help motivate each other to obtain them. ORS Performance Training makes exercise and working out, FUN!
